At Tribe Fragrances, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to officially post)
  3. Contact your bank (there may be processing time)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package your item securely in its original packaging
  • Include your RA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:


  1. Include photos of the damage
  2. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  3. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend insured and trackable shipping for items over $75

Exchanges

  • Free shipping on exchanges for defective items
  • Standard return shipping costs apply for size/scent preference changes

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs or import duties incurred
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency after conversion fees
